How can self development coaching help me?
In today's world, many of us face challenges that can leave us battling low self-esteem, losing our sense of self and struggling to navigate relationships. It's easy to feel overwhelmed in these moments, but you don't need to face it alone. Whatever your needs may be, I am here to help guide and support you on your self-growth and healing journey. Together, we can work on finding yourself again, overcoming your current barriers and cultivating the life you desire.

Is coaching the same as counselling?
No, it is not the same. Coaching is more about looking at your current lifestyle and the future ahead of you. Whereas counselling is more focused on your past experiences and emotions.
I am absolutely here as a pair of listening ears in a safe and confidential space and we will likely touch on certain past events and your emotions. However, I am not a qualified counsellor.

How much does coaching cost?
I feel really passionately about offering people affordable coaching sessions. Trying to be the best version of yourself shouldn't break the bank, so I keep the costs as low as possible. My coaching varies in price depending on which programme you choose. All pricing is listed in the 'programmes' section. If you choose to do 'pay as you go' coaching it is £35 per session.

How do I know if you're the right coach for me?
It's important that you find the right coach for you. Firstly, I specialise in 'self development coaching' rather than 'life coaching' so you may find it more beneficial to seek other coaches if you wish to work on areas such as your career or finances. Areas I can better support you with are your health and fitness, your relationships, your self discovery, your personal development and self growth, helping you cultivate the life you desire. I have created programmes that best help in these specific areas and am dedicated to being the right coach for you. I am friendly, understanding, motivational and supportive and will be your biggest cheerleader along your journey.

How do I book my sessions?
Simply give me an email when you are ready to get started on a programme. When you have registered your interest in a programme I will email you asking a few questions including your preferred days and times for sessions. Once we have agreed on all the dates and times, you then make payment by bank transfer and the sessions will begin as agreed.
